Role Description The Business Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Santiago. This role oversees client relationships and business performance, leading strategic planning for key accounts and identifying opportunities for growth across existing and new clients.

The Business

Director collaborates closely with strategy, creative,



and production teams to align client objectives with agency capabilities and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Daily responsibilities include setting commercial targets, monitoring financial performance, preparing business proposals, and supporting the development of long-term partnerships. The role also involves mentoring and guiding team members, contributing to agency positioning, and representing DAf in key client and industry meetings.

Qualifications

- Experience in branding, advertising, or creative agencies, ideally with exposure to international markets and export-focused campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced studies are a plus.
- Professional proficiency in English; Spanish and other languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Santiago and occasionally travel for client meetings or internal workshops.
