For our Santiago, Chile office, we are looking for a Resource Planning Analyst to join our team.

What you’ll do:
- Data Analysis- Work closely with Sr Analyst to create reports for internal teams and/or external clients including capacity planning and staffing.- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.- Use graphs,



infographics and other methods to visualize data.- Structure large data sets to find usable information- Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.- Project Administration- Monitor compliance with project practices (e.g. timebooking).- Assist with financial reporting and revenue recognition for client engagement.

Who you are:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques.- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis tools including Pivot Tables, Power Queries).- Ability to set and meet deadlines.- Ability to work in high-pressure situations.- Excellent attention to detail.- Strong written/verbal communication skills.- Ability to QA and troubleshoot data.- Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Qliksense or Tableau would be a plus.- Preferred: Knowledge of SQL/Database systems.- Advanced level of english in mandatory.
