Profitable and sustainable growth of the Division at Customer Center level. The Business Line Manager (BLM) is responsible for the Profit & Lost and Balance Sheet of the Division at Customer Center level. You add value to the company by adapting and implementing the Divisional strategy on Customer Center level to achieve the profitable business, with sustainable growth and continuous innovation in the development of people, business, and products of the Tools and Attachment Division. and coordinate the commercial activities of the Tools and Attachment business area.
- Achieve a greater participation in the Southern Cone market for the products of the Tools and Attachment business area.
- Determine the sale prices and direct the sales process under his responsibility, ensuring the development and promotion of a vision and leadership strategy for the products of the Tools and Attachments business area, which are marketed in different markets.
- Lead a multi-disciplined team of professionals responsible for the delivery of drilling consumables for Epiroc.
- Establish the appropriate conditions so that the personnel under his charge can carry out their work efficiently and drive the team in charge to reach, exploit, and exceed their potential.
