Nido de Aguilas is seeking a dynamic and highly professional Advancement Associate to provide essential operational, data, and logístical support to our development (fundraising), alumni relations, and outreach/enrollment activities.

Job Summary:
This role provides essential administrative, data, and operational support across the school’s Advancement efforts, including development (fundraising), alumni relations, and outreach and enrollment activities.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, or related fields).
- Professional fluency in English required; professional fluency in Spanish, preferred.




- Extremely proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel. Experience with databases required. Knowledge of development database preferred (eTapestry or Raiser’s Edge).
- 5 years of experience in fundraising or a related field.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Management & Financial Operations
- Database Management: Oversee the integrity of donor and alumni records, ensuring data is accurate and actionable.
- Gift Administration: Manage the end-to-end gift processing lifecycle—from entry and acknowledgement to financial reconciliation with the Business Office.
- Reporting: Generate strategic data pulls and fundraising reports to track progress toward institutional goals.

Programmatic & Event Logistics
- Event Management: Provide the "behind-the-scenes" logistics for community and alumni events.
