We are looking for an Internal Communications Lead

For a company based in Santiago, we are looking for a professional interested in taking on a cross-functional role combining communications, organizational culture, and the coordination of internal initiatives.

The main focus of this position will be to strengthen communication across teams, support People-related projects, and contribute to creating experiences that foster stronger employee connection and engagement with the organization.

Key responsibilities:

*Plan and develop content for the company’s internal communication channels.
*Support communication campaigns and initiatives related to internal projects, milestones, and key organizational topics.
*Coordinate employee activities, internal events, and team engagement initiatives.
*Work closely with different areas of the business to gather information and turn it into clear, relevant,



and engaging communications.
*Participate in initiatives related to culture, community engagement, and sustainability.
*Support the execution and follow-up of projects led by the People team.

What we are looking for:

*Degree in Journalism or Public Relations.
*More than 6 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or similar roles.
*Advanced English, required.
*Experience planning and coordinating corporate activities or events.
*Strong writing, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
