What You'll Do

- Book seamless journeys via email, chat, and phone — transforming inquiries into confirmed trips with enthusiasm and accuracy
- Resolve issues quickly, turning concerns into happy outcomes and ensuring smooth travel from booking to homecoming
- Spot trends in client feedback to refine services and personalize support for future bookings
- Optimize response times, minimizing delays and boosting client satisfaction scores
- Nurture post-booking relationships, ensuring clients feel supported before, during, and after every trip
- Deliver high-touch service with empathy, expertise, and a genuine smile
- Nice to Have Travel industry savvy (preferred,



not required — zero experience also welcome)
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with technology and AI tools (we'll train you on the rest)
- Passion for travel, adventure, and curiosity about the world
