The British Royal School is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and Native English Speaker to join our educational team as a Graduate Learning Assistant (GLA).

The Role

Hours: 42 chronological hours per week.

Focus: Creating an authentic English immersion environment within the school.

Support: Working closely with teachers to facilitate lessons and providing direct support to students to boost their confidence and speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist classroom teachers in delivering high-quality English-medium instruction.

Engage students in natural conversation to improve fluency and pronunciation.

Support small group activities and one-on-one interventions.





Model native-level linguistic nuances and cultural context.

Requirements

Native English Speaker (Mandatory).

University degree (completed or in progress) or relevant teaching certification.

Proactive, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children and teenagers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
