Transaction Services experienced Senior Consultant – Chile

Are you an experienced Financial Due Diligence professional looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and growing market?

We are currently seeking a talented professional to join a leading Transaction Services team in Chile at experienced Senior Consultant level with a view of becoming manager in 6-12 months.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work with international investors and corporate clients on a diverse portfolio of high-profile transactions across multiple sectors. You will be part of a growing team, gaining exposure to complex deal environments and cross-border projects.

Requirements:

- Previous experience within Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence (FDD); or
- 2–4 years of Audit experience followed by Transaction Services / FDD experience.
- Strong exposure to financial due diligence engagements and transaction-related projects.
- Excellent analytical,



financial modelling and report-writing skills.
- Experience working with clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Language Requirements

- English is essential, as approximately 80% of reports are prepared in English.
- Spanish is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should be willing to develop conversational Spanish proficiency within 6–12 months.
