Description and Requirements

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join Lenovo's commercial team in Chile. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic customer relationships while driving business growth across assigned accounts, partners, distributors, and channels. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building customer-centric solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional value to customers.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with assigned customers, distributors, business partners, and sales channels to achieve business objectives and revenue growth.
- Identify, develop, and execute sales opportunities through a consultative selling approach, understanding customer needs and positioning appropriate technology solutions.
- Build, present, and negotiate commercial proposals while managing opportunities throughout the full sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal sales, product, services, and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions that address customer business challenges.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand Lenovo's presence within existing and prospective accounts.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support channel and partner development activities, strengthening Lenovo's ecosystem and market reach.
- Stay current with technology trends, industry developments, and competitive market dynamics to effectively advise customers and partners.
- Maintain regular customer-facing and field-based activities to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, Channel Sales, Business Development, Technology Sales, or a related commercial role.




- Experience working with one or more of the following:
- Distributors
- Business Partners
- Sales Channels
- Enterprise Customers
- Public Sector Customers

- Demonstrated success managing commercial opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing commercial proposals and supporting pricing strategies.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
- Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies and complex B2B sales cycles.
- Experience within the technology industry, including hardware, software, services, or related solutions, is preferred.
- Experience working within channel-driven go-to-market models and partner ecosystems is preferred.
- Understanding of public procurement processes and government purchasing frameworks is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Chile as required by business needs.
