We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and task trackers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure responsibilities and deadlines are clearly defined.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Track project budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify and resolve project challenges, blockers, and operational issues.
- Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders as required.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Track key project performance indicators and provide regular progress reports.
- Support process improvements and identify opportunities to increase project efficiency.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
- Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned to improve future initiatives.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Program Manager, or similar role.
- Proven experience managing projects from planning through completion.
- Experience developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while leading and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.
