We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Implementation Specialist to support the successful implementation, configuration, and adoption of products, systems, and processes for clients or internal teams. The idóneo candidate will have strong project coordination, technical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage implementation activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions are delivered efficiently and according to business requirements.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage implementation projects from planning through completion.
- Gather and analyze client or business requirements to understand implementation needs.
- Configure systems, platforms, tools, or solutions according to established requirements.
- Develop implementation plans, timelines, task trackers, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
- Monitor implementation progress, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Conduct system testing, configuration validation, and implementation quality checks.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues and technical challenges.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to users during onboarding and implementation.
- Maintain accurate implementation documentation, configuration records, and project reports.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and required actions to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate data migration, system integrations, or configuration activities when applicable.




- Support user acceptance testing and ensure requirements are properly validated.
- Assist with post-implementation support and follow-up activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, efficiency, and user experience.
- Document lessons learned and contribute to improving implementation methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

- Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist, Implementation Coordinator, Implementation Consultant, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience managing or supporting software, system, product, or process implementations.
- Experience gathering requirements and coordinating implementation activities.
- Experience working with clients, users, technical teams, or other stakeholders.
- Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, or user onboarding.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and platforms quickly.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.
