Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

- Build trusted relationships with HR, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and develop strategic account plans.
- Monitor KPIs on usage, satisfaction, and workforce coverage.

2. Growth & Retention

- Identify expansion opportunities across additional products, employee segments, or legal entities.
- Support contract renewals and coordinate re-bids for public or regulated clients.
- Track and mitigate churn risks through proactive account management.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Liaise with Tender, Legal, Product, and Merchant teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in Salesforce for forecasting and renewal management.

YOU ARE A MATCH IF...

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, HR, or Public Administration.

Work Experience:

- 5+ years in enterprise account management or strategic customer success.
- Background in SaaS, HR platforms, or benefits services.




- Experience with public procurement frameworks and multi-stakeholder management.

Skills & Certifications:

- Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and opportunity management; Salesforce knowledge is preferred.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple commercial activities simultaneously.
- Strong virtual and in-person communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
- Knowledge of full-cycle sales methodologies is considered an advantage.

Languages

English is considered an advantage.
