Job Description:
The Field Sales Funter – Child Care is a hybrid role combining acquisition (Hunter) and account growth (Farmer) responsibilities across large enterprise clients. This role ensures continuity throughout the full client lifecycle, managing both new business and existing client evolution with a consultative, engagement-first approach. It supports tender participation and cross-functional coordination for high-impact client success.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

Responsibilities:
1. Acquisition & Growth Strategy
Identify new strategic targets and manage full-cycle sales engagements.
Develop and execute account plans for existing clients, including expansions and renewals.
Create proposals that reflect Pluxee’s strategic value and employee impact.

2. Tender & Formal Procurement Support
Lead and support tender submissions with the Tender Manager.
Ensure compliance and timely coordination for RFPs and re-bids.





3. Client Engagement & Internal Coordination
Conduct business reviews and ensure consistent service delivery.
Maintain Salesforce pipeline integrity across sales, renewal, and growth.
Coordinate across Legal, Product, and Merchant teams for tailored solutions.

YOU ARE A MATCH IF...

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, HR, Public Affairs, or related field.

Work Experience:
5–7+ years in enterprise sales and account management.
Experience in SaaS, HR tech, and employee benefit platforms.
Strong familiarity with tenders and strategic account lifecycle.

Skills & Certifications:
Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and opportunity management; Salesforce knowledge is preferred.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple commercial activities simultaneously.
