Overview

In this Solution Engineering Data and Artificial Intelligence role, you will work with the Solution Engineering Team in the Specialist Team Unit to help customers across Latin America unlock the full value of their data estate as the foundation of artificial intelligence. You will deepen your expertise in new Microsoft Azure data and artificial intelligence services, learn from peers, and apply that knowledge to help customers address complex semantic and ontological data scenarios.
As a Solution Engineer, you will engage proactively with strategic customers, leading technical discussions and shaping end-to-end data and artificial intelligence solutions that drive business outcomes. You will connect customer needs with Microsoft capabilities, guide them through architectural decisions, and ensure successful solution design and adoption so they can become frontier companies in their industries.



You will play a key role in preparing customers’ data platforms for artificial intelligence at scale and inviting them to transform how they operate, innovate, and compete.

Provides strategic, technical, and partner input based on Microsoft capability at the account level to contribute to strategy development, leveraging partner, competitor, or open-source knowledge.
