As a Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) in our Commercial Finance team at Roche Diagnostics Chile, you will serve as a strategic co-pilot to the local Sales and Marketing teams.



Working alongside a collaborative team of FEPs and reporting to the FEP Lead, your mission will be to drive strategic commercial decision-making, optimize profitability, and balance resource allocation to ensure the sustainable growth of our business and maximize patient impact.

About the opportunity:
- Act as a key commercial finance partner, building robust pricing models and profitability strategies in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Provide strategic advice on resource allocation across competing priorities and evaluate the financial implications of proposed business activities.
- Propose and execute P&L; improvement initiatives, identifying upselling opportunities, efficiency gains, risk mitigation strategies, and process enhancements.
- Monitor and manage customer contract performance across the entire lifecycle through a profitability and outcome-focused lens.
