Responsibilities
Business Development & Commercial Strategy
Design and implement the strategic commercial plan for the Industrial Boilers business in Chile. Identify priority markets, segments and high-potential customers. Develop new business opportunities across key industrial sectors. Analyze market trends, competitors, customer needs and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Develop and execute strategies for the introduction of new products, services and solutions. Translate market and field insights into commercial priorities and long-term business strategies.
Sales & Strategic Customer Management
Manage the full sales cycle for complex, high-value industrial solutions, from prospecting and opportunity qualification to negotiation, closing and after-sales support. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential industrial customers. Engage with different decision-makers and stakeholders, including C-Level executives, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Procurement teams.



Expand and develop a portfolio of strategic customers by understanding their operational and technical needs and translating them into valuable solutions. Lead the development of complex and high-impact technical-commercial proposals, ensuring profitability and compliance with Bosch quality standards.
Industrial Boilers & Technical Solutions
Drive commercial opportunities related to industrial steam and hot water boilers, water-tube boilers, combustion systems, steam and energy generation, energy efficiency and industrial thermal processes. Understand customers' industrial processes and technical challenges to identify the most appropriate Bosch solutions. Translate complex technical concepts into clear commercial value for technical, operational and executive audiences. Identify opportunities to optimize thermal processes, improve energy performance and generate long-term value for customers.
