Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Business Development:
- Define, implement, and execute the annual and mid-term commercial strategy.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, forecast, and commercial pipeline.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, margins, and product mix.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic customers, and key projects.
- Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, and framework agreements.

Customer Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
- Ensure a differentiated, technical,



and value-based commercial proposition.
- Oversee post-sales management, claims, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the main commercial representative with customers and stakeholders.

Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team (Account Managers, Sales Coordinator, Technical Team, etc.).
- Define objectives, KPIs, and individual development plans.
- Foster a high-performance, ethical, and collaborative culture.
- Coordinate closely with Technical, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

Financial Management & Governance:
- Ensure business profitability (GM, GM2, EBITA).
- Supervise pricing strategies, discounts, and commercial conditions.
- Manage commercial risks, credit exposure, and policy compliance.
- Ensure adherence to internal governance, compliance, and ethical standards.

Regional Coordination:
- Work cross-functionally with regional and global teams.
