Main Responsibilities:
- Support the monitoring of the team’s allocation and workforce pipeline, ensuring accurate data and timely updates.
- Assist in implementing HR processes and initiatives in partnership with HR Business Partners and managers.
- Provide operational support for HR agendas (Talent Management, Recruitment, Engagement, Compensation & Benefits), ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.




- Collect and analyze HR data and metrics, preparing reports to support decision-making and identify trends.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives, helping to implement programs and gather feedback.
- Assist in conflict resolution processes, escalating issues when necessary and maintaining proper documentation.
- Ensure accurate execution of HR tools and systems, supporting managers and employees in their use.
- Collaborate in HR projects and change management initiatives, providing administrative and communication support.
- Contribute to budget tracking and planning, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR operations or generalist roles is a plus.
