GreenPowerMonitor is looking for a talented and proactive person to work in our new Customer Success Team in Santiago de Chile.

She/he will be coordinating with the HQ team in Spain and cooperating with the rest of the Customer Success team based in US, Japan and Australia

Main responsibilities will be:
- Build and maintain relationship with customers (main stakeholders)
- Data Analysis
- Manage the incidents reported by customers
- Technical configuration of GPM platforms, mainly designed to manage portfolios and assets of Renewable Energies (Solar PV, Wind, etc)
- Suggest improvements in the GPM platforms (Web Portal, GPM Plus, GPM Scada and Horizon) on the new features that the product should have
- Detect errors and support the improvement of QUALITY
- Manage internal documentation
