The role:
Buying or selling a car is one of the biggest financial decisions people make and currently it's an incredibly complex one. In the markets we operate, most consumers trying to sell or buy pre-owned cars face many challenges and feel it is complicated, time-consuming, uncertain, and frustrating.

At OLX Autos, we aim to fix it all, enhance their purchase experience and disrupt the pre-owned car purchase industry. Our goal is to place the customer in control of the car selling and buying experience and make it extremely safe, convenient, fun and personalised in 10+ markets across the globe (primarily Asia and Americas).

To help achieve a key part of this goal, we're looking for a passionate, experienced and analytical Senior UX Researcher. In this role, you will be a part of the User Research team that are building the next generation of best-in-class customer experiences for markets across the globe.



You will work closely with key stakeholders in the organisation to craft the user-centric product strategy for launching delightful features and enhancing the existing buy and sell experience on OLX for millions of general users.

The team:
We believe customer understanding is the foundation to build intuitive, innovative, and beautiful products that customers love. We strive to learn and understand our users' needs, behaviors, and emotions to gather insights that inform product strategy and design. Our UX Research team includes researchers and research leaders in different geographies namely India, Indonesia and Latam. They work with collaborative teams to solve complex challenges involved in offering a seamless online buying and selling experience for used cars.

As a key member of the User Research and Product teams, you will be responsible for inspiring user-centric changes in the product that will help us create useful, usable and delightful new features and products as well as continually innovating on our existing product experience.
