Acerca de la posición:
Estamos buscando un Broker, encargado de captar nuevos clientes y propiedades, proactivo, con excelentes habilidades comerciales y de manejo de clientes.
Zona: Santiago, Chile.
Horario: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18 hs.
Responsabilidades:
Captación de Nuevos Clientes: Contactar y agendar reuniones con nuevos potenciales clientes para JLL, principalmente para brokerage pero con posibilidad de ofrecer otros servicios de la compañía.
Captación de Propiedades: Contactar propietarios de propiedades industriales; Parques Industriales, Condominios de Bodegas, Grandes Paños con uso Industrial.
Reuniones con clientes: Relación con altos ejecutivos de empresas y empresarios, con el objetivo de identificar y comprender las necesidades inmobiliarias d
