Analytical Scientist (all genders)

Become part of Bayer’s Quality Assurance Team and contribute to the development and quality assurance of innovative pharmaceutical products. In this role, you will provide scientific expertise, lead critical quality control activities, and collaborate with integral stakeholders across the product lifecycle. Your work will directly support compliance, innovation,



and operational excellence.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will provide functional leadership for analytical chemistry activities and oversee routine as well as non-routine testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished pharmaceutical products
- You will perform and supervise chromatographic and spectroscopic analyses to ensure high-quality analytical results and regulatory compliance
- You will develop, validate, transfer, and optimize analytical methods for the characterization and quantification of pharmaceutical compounds
- You will analyze, interpret, and communicate complex analytical data through clear technical reports, scientific documentation, and presentations
- You will ensure the qualification, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of analytical methods, laboratory equipment, and workflows
