Responsibilities:
- Carry out the management and complete control of documents (receipt, verification, recording, dissemination and filing).
- Manage and coordinate deliverables and deliverable lists jointly with the engineering leads.
- Manage and coordinate supplier/vendor deliverables and deliverable lists.
- Organize and maintain project documents according to document procedures.
- Preparation of formal transmission slips from deliverables or lists of deliverables.
- Maintain project communications and distribute documents to appropriate project teams.
- Organize and maintain the digital documents and reference materials for projects.
- Support to design managers on other project controls as needed.
- Support design management team with project proposals and/or construction contract administration as needed.
The benefits you will bring to the team:
- 5 or more years of document control experience.
- Engineering and/or construction office experience is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in documentation technology or equivalent studies.
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
