Assignment:
Responsible for designing and implementing Marketing strategies in paid digital and social media.
Bring expertise to support the organisation to

1. Enhance a highly engaging and complete content experience in Social Media.
2. Create effective and efficient Performance Marketing campaigns.

Responsabilities:
1. Creating and executing a strong performance/Branding marketing strategy & execution plan.
2. Managing campaigns & budget across all digital channels (including Social Media) to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC (Customer acquisition Cost).
3. Contribute to the implementation of market relevant content in social media, in line with the communication calendar to attract and engage target audiences and drive profitable customer action, and in coordination with Marketing Campaigns Leaders
4. Work cross functionally and co-ordinate the adaptation of communication content for digital media.

Effectively manage and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns, assuring to generate reach & conversion.
6. Continous analysis on KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ROAS, impression, reach, frequency, to improve performance to reach the widest possible target audiances in an impactful way along the customer journey.
7. Closely work with the media team and other agency partners to ensure that all created content and messages are consistent, synergistic and gets published and promoted to the right people in the right place at the right time.
8. Support to identify and implement automation opportunities to seamlessly orchestrate workflows.
9. Secure brand consistency en in social media and contribute to the overal objective of brand positioning.

Requerimientos del cargo
- University or Bachelor Degree relevant to the position.
- 5 years of digital marketing experience in a similar role preferably in retail business environment.
