This role has the overarching objective of leading the digital transformation in SOCO and create and manage a digital team based on 3 main pillars:
- Connect digital commercial efforts leveraging and evolving current sillo approach into an integrated full-funnel strategy focused on consumer obsession
- Accelerate digital marketing & sales full funnel agenda by designing and leading the implementation strategy for Brands, E-Shopper marketing and E-Kams as well as evaluating and incorporating new technologies.
- Embedding a digital culture into the organization elevating both the internal and external perception of PepsiCo SOCO digital strategy.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Digital 1st mindset
- Bachelor's Degree ( MBA preferred) and 10+ years relevant Marketing and Trade experience ( Marketing, Trade, Ecomm)
- 5+ years of experience in Brand Management including campaign execution ( Design, implementation and traking) and Innovation ( Design & Launch)




- Successful and proven experience managing Digital strategy and Transormation initiatives in CPG companies.
- Strong Business Acumen, strategic thinking and digital acumen driven to results.
- 3+ years of experience in third Party relationship management and negociation ( creative & media agencies, custumers and vendors)
- Proven record of capable to drive transformation and influence wihin an organization and marketing team
- Strong leadership skills as well as management of multifunctional teams.Ability to work independently, and solve problems by leveraging multiple function support
- Analytical, proactive, driven, resourceful and value-added generation mindset
- Innovation knowledge and capability not just from a product perspective but also processes and Ways Of Working.
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English & Spanish
