China Mobile International is seeking a Project Manager to join our fast-growing ICT team to further the growth of our Global Network Service. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, performing technical support, and troubleshooting issues on-site. The Field Engineer will work closely with customers and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for coordinating internal and external resources of the company to carry out the construction, commissioning, acceptance, and maintenance of ELV / Low Voltage systems.
- Responsible for organizing system construction, testing, system acceptance, optimization, expansion, operation monitoring, and maintenance of relevant ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic, LAN/Wi-Fi, UPS, BMS, Public Address, and other related subsystems.
- Responsible for technical solution design, system architecture planning, technical proposal preparation, and technical standard formulation for ELV projects.
- Participate in the research and evaluation of relevant ELV technologies and undertake technical planning, implementation, operation, and maintenance work in related fields.
- Responsible for solution research, planning and design, system construction, commissioning, operation monitoring, and technical support for enterprise and mission-critical facility ELV systems.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure project timelines, milestones, technical requirements, and quality standards are met.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, subcontractors,



and project teams on equipment installation, system integration, upgrades, testing, and maintenance.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues based on customer feedback, site conditions, and system performance.
- Conduct site surveys, technical inspections, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and team members on system operation, equipment use, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors during installation and commissioning activities.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, testing results, troubleshooting steps, as-built information, and project handover documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years' relevant experience in ELV, Low Voltage, ICT infrastructure, security systems, or related project implementation and maintenance.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant ELV equipment, systems, installation standards, and testing tools.
- Sufficient knowledge of Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic, LAN/WAN, CCTV, Access Control,



and related communication technologies and products.
- Deep understanding of ELV and ICT infrastructure solutions, such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic, LAN/Wi-Fi, UPS, BMS, Data Center infrastructure, Network Security, Multi-Site High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and related integrated systems.
- Familiar with network security systems and product solutions, security regulations, and related common standards for physical and network security.
- Familiar with major ELV systems, such as CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Public Address, BMS, UPS, Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic, LAN/Wi-Fi, and Data Center infrastructure. Experience in the construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of enterprise, hospital, data center, or other mission-critical facilities is preferred.
- Familiar with project implementation processes including site survey, design review, installation supervision, testing, commissioning, system acceptance, punch list closure, and project handover.
- Experience with technical documentation such as BOQ/BOM, technical submittals, method statements, test reports, as-built drawings, and handover documents is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at project locations.
- Fluent in English/Spanish.
