Project ManagerSantiago - OnsiteThe role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
The Project Manager is in charge of the day-to-day management of project execution which includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan.
The Project Manager will define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.ResponsibilitiesManage project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability.Manage the Project and the processes therein - including the definition and on-going monitoring of the Project Implementation Document (PID)Execute and align the project scope, goals, detailed milestones and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersProduce the Project Implementation PlanProduce and Manage the Project, Quality and Communications PlanDefine the resource planRepresent the needs of the Implementation Team during the pre-sales stageCarry out resource planning and managementCarry out the management and escalation of risks and issuesManage the project budgetEnsure that the project team members are aware of and remain compliant with all the relevant procedures and policiesProactively manage changes in project scope throughout the projectEnsure appropriate communication between the members of the project team and report on project progress and other project specific information to stakeholdersLead the 'handover to support' activities after go-liveLead the 'lessons learned' activities for the whole project life cycleProduce the Project Closure ReportQualificationsEssentialProject Management experience delivering multi-stranded integrated Healthcare ERP solutions in a customer-facing roleExperience the full project lifecycle through initiation, execution, go-live, and closureDirect healthcare knowledge and/or 3+ years of experience with a Health IT system is highly preferredExperience managing resources, time tracking, budgets, and forecastingExperience leading a diverse / multi-disciplined teamExperience communicating across all levels of an organizationDesiredAn understanding of hospital/business procedures, standard working practices, structure and politicsPrevious experience as an end user of an integrated health systemClinical/business experience or background - ideally as a user of TrakCare or other Hospital Information System (HIS) applicationsExperience with integrated implementationsBroad understanding of IT technical implementation-deliveryEducation and TrainingUniversity degree or 5+ yrs experience managing large, complex projects preferably in healthcare ITTechnical knowledge in software and implementation processesProject Management qualification such as Prince2, PMP or PMISenior level management trainingPMI Certification desiredEsta oferta se enmarca en la Ley N°****** de Inclusión Laboral de Personas con Discapacidad.
