Capture and leverage Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Dealer (VOD) insights to identify opportunities, strengthen dealer partnerships, and improve business performance.ResponsibilitiesLead commercial initiatives with dealers to drive Original Equipment (OE)



Electric Power sales growth and achieve STU targets.Develop and execute annual business plans for assigned dealer territories in collaboration with cross‐functional teams.Partner with dealers to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.Conduct regular business reviews, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.Capture and leverage Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Dealer (VOD) insights to identify opportunities and recover lost sales.Manage Travel & Expense (T&E;) budget responsibly.Collaborate across internal teams and dealer organizations to deliver exceptional customer support and strengthen commercial relationships.Skill DescriptorsCustomer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision‐making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.Relationship Management:



Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.Business Development: Knowledge of business development tools, techniques and approaches; ability to explore and develop potential areas of business growth for the organization.Basic QualificationsBachelor's DegreeEnglish Level Pre‐AdvancedSpanish Level IntermediateProven track record of growing and executing sales plans and achieving targetsExperience in Product Support, Product Sales, Parts and/or Service MarketingDesirable QualificationsExperience working with Electric PowerPrevious customer and/or dealer facing experienceSelf‐starter with strong initiative, ability to work autonomously, positive attitudeExcellent listening, communication and presentation skillsProven ability to effectively influence at all levels (executives to front line)English and Spanish AdvancedData analytics skills including applied data interpretation and facts‐based decision makingAdditional informationTravel expectation is 50%.
