- Design digital products end-to-end, from early concepts, flows, and wireframes through detailed UI, prototyping, production, and iteration.
- Drive UI and interaction design with strong visual craft, attention to detail, and consistent enterprise experience.
- Translate complex technical concepts, workflows, and data into clear, intuitive, purposeful experiences.
- Collaborate with clients and teammates to define product scope and experience.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation and maintain visual and UX quality.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate and improve designs.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, usable interfaces.
- Mentor other designers and contribute to a high-trust, pragmatic design culture.
- Shape and deliver digital products including robot control interfaces, sensor-data dashboards, web apps, and innovation-lab demos.

Requirements

- 4+ years designing and shipping digital products in fast-moving environments.
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with US-based teams.
- Proven ability to lead design end to end, from discovery to production-ready UI.
- Strong UI and interaction design skills, including visual craft, layout, typography, hierarchy, states, and interactions.
- Strong experience with design systems, including creating, maintaining, and evolving components, patterns, and reusable UI.
- Advanced Figma skills, including components, libraries, variables, prototyping, and design-system workflows.
- Product intuition and experience shaping what gets built.




- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in production environments.
- Pragmatic, self-directed, and comfortable mentoring others while driving high-quality execution.
- Strong portfolio required, demonstrating high-quality UI, interaction design, design-system thinking, and meaningful product work.
- Nice to have: experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, or technical software products, particularly products involving complex workflows and data-rich interfaces.
