Role Definition
Lead commercial growth initiatives with dealers to drive Electric Power STU growth through strategic development, commercial offer execution,



and deployment of key sales initiatives. Capture and leverage Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Dealer (VOD) insights to identify opportunities, strengthen dealer partnerships, and improve business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial initiatives with dealers to drive Original Equipment (OE) Electric Power sales growth and achieve STU targets.
- Develop and execute annual business plans for assigned dealer territories in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with dealers to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular business reviews, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Capture and leverage Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Dealer (VOD) insights to identify opportunities and recover lost sales.
- Manage Travel & Expense (T&E;) budget responsibly.
- Collaborate across internal teams and dealer organizations to deliver exceptional cust
