Job Description

We are searching for the best talent for Healthcare Compliance Manager

Purpose: The HCC Manager, based in Chile, supports Healthcare Compliance and risk management activities across the MedTech businesses in South Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, and Ecuador).



This role serves as the primary Healthcare Compliance business partner and point of contact for the Electrophysiology (EP) business across South Latin America, while also supporting other MedTech businesses within the cluster. The individual will work closely with commercial and cross‑functional leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks while enabling responsible business growth. The position is responsible for supporting and executing the Healthcare Compliance program in alignment with Johnson & Johnson policies, HCC/HCBI Guidelines, applicable laws and regulations, industry codes, and anti‑corruption requirements. The successful candidate will be expected to act as a strategic business partner, helping teams navigate risk and develop practical, compliant business solutions.
