1. Establishes objectives, stages, and necessary resources to carry out the project under their responsibility, aligned with the corporate strategy. Evaluates projects technically, economically, and strategically. Maintains a working methodology to minimize project execution times and costs.
2. Directs and coordinates tasks with involved stakeholders. Coordinates with associated areas the execution of projects under their responsibility. Resolves contingencies associated with project implementation.
3. Monitors the compliance of activities in terms of time, form, and allocated resources.
4. Identifies potential risks and variables of higher uncertainty. Generates contingency plans associated with identified risks.
