A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR FINANCE TEAM

The purpose of this role is to manage accounts receivables alongside the Accounting Supervisor and the Chief Financial Officer. This position does have the potential to lead into broader responsibilities within the financial department at ICANotes.

Responsibilities:

- Add new customers to the billing database and Zoho Subscriptions
- Record and disable customers canceling their subscriptions
- Review prescheduled invoices prior to them being sent out to customers - and make necessary changes to
