Introduction
As a Scrum Master you will support the development team and the Product Owner in delivering incremental value in each sprint for the products. With your knowledge of scrum you will be able to educate others in agile methodologies and practices.
The Scrum Master facilitates the scrum process, protects the team from interference and removes obstacles so that the team can deliver the sprint goal.
You will remove impediments and act as a shield against external distractions. You will create a safe work environment for the team and are an innovator who constantly seeks continuous improvement and builds higher performing teams.
The Scrum Master has the primary responsibility for helping to develop self-organizing and self-managed teams and enable the achievement of objectives

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Build and train high-performing teams
- Look for ways to strengthen teams' understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles
- Ensure team actions are aligned with project goals and vision
- Ensure Scrum practices are used and improved within and between teams




- Bring transparency to the business and IT organization about development and increase trust
- Identify trade-offs between short
- and long-term benefits to drive a shared vision between the team and the product owner
- Foster a continuous learning environment by helping teams inspect and adapt

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Relevant work experience with Agile and Scrum
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in coaching Scrum and Kanban teams
- Experience in delivery or software development
- Great communication capacity: able to propagate information quickly, clearly and unambiguously
- Team leadership
- Experience in evaluating the performance of the team and in conducting the necessary actions to improve
