About the Role
It’s your job to make customers happy and help keep the business running smoothly.
- Half of your time will be spent on customer success._
- Half of your time will be spent on general business support._
You’ll help schedule our cleaning and maintenance crews, market our properties online, complete research projects as needed, and generally support business operations.
Examples of your responsibilities include:
- Reading and responding to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
- Handing reservation modifications and rate negotiations.
- Resolving guest issues in coordination with our cleaning and maintenance crews.
- Managing our cleaning and maintenance schedules.
Job Requirements
- You have a B2 or better English level in reading, writing, and speaking.
- You have a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment suitable for VoIP conversations.
- Your computer works well and you are very comfortable using it for business purposes.
- We prefer that you have a smart phone running Android or iOS, but that’s not required.
