We are looking for a Senior Training Services Manager who can lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of corporate learning initiatives across multiple business units. You will oversee a talented team of trainers, instructional specialists, and operational coordinators while partnering closely with senior leadership to ensure our workforce remains highly skilled, adaptable, and customer focused.

This is not a traditional training administration role. You will shape learning strategies, improve employee performance frameworks,
