What you’ll do

Enable #1ANDRITZway & Build Capabilities
- Support integral training and development initiatives that enhance how teams collaborate, deliver, and lead in alignment with #1ANDRITZway
- Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to identify the skills, capabilities, and mindsets needed for the future
- Continuously evaluate and improve development programs using data, insights,



and feedback
- Support cross‑regional collaboration and consistency in how we work, learn, and grow

Strengthen Talent & Succession Readiness
