Your work will ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance, enabling trustworthy insights for leaders and teams worldwide.

What you’ll do

Ensure high‑quality HR master data
- Maintain, validate, and update general HR master data within SAP SuccessFactors
- Monitor data quality, resolve inconsistencies, and coordinate corrective actions with HR and IT teams
- Ensure adherence to global data governance standards and data protection policies




- Identify root causes of recurring data issues and propose sustainable improvements

Support global HR systems & processes
- Contribute to HRIS enhancements, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Help refine end‑to‑end master data processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and alignment
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to promote standardization and global alignment

Drive insights & reporting
- Support global HR reports and dashboards related to employee master data
- Analyze trends and patterns to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Strengthen data‑driven decision‑making across the Global HR team
