In the dynamic role of MAT Lead, you'll have the thrilling opportunity to ignite excitement and drive consumer engagement with Monster Energy Drink products. You'll be at the forefront of energizing events, creating unforgettable experiences that not only boost product trials but also fuel the sales division's momentum. As you assist with lead generation, you'll develop and fortify vital relationships with key accounts, gaining unparalleled market insights.

The impact you'll make:
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training Monster Ambassadors team members. Provide consistent direction, coaching, and communication to maintain brand accuracy in the Monster brand experiences and sampling. Diligently prepare ambassadors for superior customer interactions and flawless event executions.
- Supervise operations and equipment in the local market. Maintain company assets, including storage facilities, inventory, vehicles, and equipment.
- Execute strategic directions and manage goals for the assigned region/market. Build vendor and venue relationships and generate sales opportunity leads.
- Increase market knowledge and identify various groups and organizations with the targeted demographic to partner with.
