JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Market and Product Expansion Associate in the Market and Product Expansion team, you will develop value proposition and go-to-market action plans from both technical and business standpoint, including product specifications, pricing and service level commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop value proposition and go-to-market action plans from both technical and business standpoint, including product specifications, pricing and service level commitments.- Design, define and document product requirements for core banking, payments and collections.- Develop business cases for new products or enhancements including the analysis of potential partner relationships; prioritize product enhancements by working with various stakeholder groups, including direct customer feedback; and maintain and communicate release schedules.Manage the commercialization of the product through product launch and work with cross-functional teams to achieve overall product success.-
Actively participate in UAT activities.
Develop and present metrics and status reports of activities through continuous business monitoring.-
As new processes and products are implemented, the position is responsible for creating marketing material and training partner areas such as Sales and Client Service.-
Consistently analyze customer usage of the products, working within the marketing department and sales team to increase its use and with the information technology group to improve its user-friendliness.-
- Provide support and liaise with Operations and IT organization when delays threaten timely delivery of results.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and/or Skills- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Consulting in Banking, Fintech or Tech related companies.- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Science- Excellent knowledge of Onshore Cash Management is mandatory.- Knowledge of Off shore Cash Management is preferred but not mandatory.- Must be distinctive in analytica
