DePuy Synthes is looking for a Product Mgmt. Associated (PMA) to help drive market expansion, portfolio growth, and strong commercial execution for Joints platforms (Knee & Hips) in Chile.
Executive summary of the role
The PMA Joints shapes and coordinates the marketing strategy to accelerate market expansion and share gain, delivering incremental and profitable growth. This role translates market and customer insights into clear strategic priorities and then enables Sales Managers and field teams to implement effectively through business planning,
targeting, and value-based messaging. The PMA will works closely with other Marketing colleagues, Sales Teams, Regional Latam Marketing team, and internal partners (including Supply Chain and Education Solutions & Strategic Capabilities), as well as Customers. The role reports to the local DePuy Synthes Marketing Lead and represents Depuy Synthes in bringing innovative & high‑quality Innovations and Solutions to the chilean market.
