*About the Role*

, a leading integral ICT company, we are looking for an
IP Network Product Manager – Presales
to join our team in Santiago, Chile.

This role combines
technical expertise in IP networking with customer-facing and commercial responsibilities
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding enterprise customers’ business and technical requirements, designing tailored IP network solutions, and supporting the sales process from technical proposal through customer engagement.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into effective
IP network solutions
.
- Design and define the technical architecture, products, configurations, and specifications required to meet customer needs.
- Provide
technical presales support
throughout the sales cycle, including solution proposals, quotations, RFPs/tenders, technical presentations, and customer workshops.
- Present Huawei IP products and solutions to customers, clearly communicating their technical and business value.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, identifying their needs, challenges, and new business opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Solution, Engineering, and other internal teams to develop competitive and technically feasible proposals.
- Stay up to date with
IP networking technologies, market trends, and competitive solutions
to identify opportunities and strengthen Huawei's position in the market.
- Support the development of new business opportunities by combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of customer and commercial requirements.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in
Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, ICT, or a related field

- At least
3 years of professional experience in IP networking
, preferably in
presales, solution sales, or technical consulting roles
within the enterprise segment.
