Translate complex technical concepts, workflows, and data into clear, intuitive, purposeful experiences.
Collaborate with clients and teammates to define product scope and experience.
Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation and maintain visual and UX quality.
Conduct user research and testing to validate and improve designs.
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, usable interfaces.
Mentor other designers and contribute to a high-trust, pragmatic design culture.
Shape and deliver digital products including robot control interfaces, sensor-data dashboards, web apps, and innovation-lab demos.
Requirements
4+ years designing and shipping digital products in fast-moving environments.
Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with US-based teams.
Proven ability to lead design end to end, from discovery to production-ready UI.
Strong UI and interaction design skills, including visual craft, layout, typography, hierarchy, states, and interactions.
Strong experience with design systems, including creating, maintaining, and evolving components, patterns, and reusable UI.
Advanced Figma skills, including components, libraries, variables, prototyping, and design-system workflows.
Product intuition and experience shaping what gets built.
Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in production environments.




Pragmatic, self-directed, and comfortable mentoring others while driving high-quality execution.
Strong portfolio required, demonstrating high-quality UI, interaction design, design-system thinking, and meaningful product work.
Nice to have: experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, or technical software products, particularly products involving complex workflows and data-rich interfaces.
