Role Overview We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant with strong consulting, technical leadership, and solution architecture capabilities to join our LATAM team. The adecuado candidate combines hands-on ServiceNow expertise with the ability to lead implementation and support teams, acting as a technical reference for customers and delivery teams. The consultant should demonstrate deep knowledge of ITSM and ITOM, including ServiceNow Observability, as well as experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations across multiple modules. This role requires close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to design, implement,



and optimize ServiceNow solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical teams responsible for ServiceNow implementations and support services
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and governance throughout project lifecycles
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments
- Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and solution architecture
- Configure and customize the full ServiceNow ITSM suite, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management modules
- Implement and support ITOM capabilities with emphasis on Observability
- Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers
