As a Specialist Demand Management, you will play a key role in driving Procurement performance through demand forecasting, advanced analytics and digital enablement. You will provide timely visibility of business requirements to strategic suppliers and transform Procurement needs and complex data into actionable insights, automation opportunities and digital solutions.

In this role, you will act as a strategic analytical partner, leveraging data,



technology and cross-functional collaboration to improve decision-making, supplier performance and continuous improvement across Procurement. Working from Santiago, with occasional travel, you will help connect business requirements with practical, scalable and data-driven solutions that enhance supply chain performance and support long‑term business outcomes.

Key responsabilities
- Develop and continuously improve purchase forecasts for strategic suppliers, translating maintenance and business requirements into timely and actionable procurement demand.
- Apply statistical, probabilistic and quantitative forecasting methodologies to analyze demand patterns, seasonality, lead times, forecast accuracy, bias and variability.
- Build analytical models to assess demand uncertainty, forecast risk and potential supply impacts, enabling proactive decision‑making.
