Customer Care Manager
As our Customer Care Manager, on any given day, you may:
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships through frequent visits and continuous communication
- Drive financial targets via proactive sales of services, spare parts and maintenance contracts
- Analyze customer performance, needs and opportunities, turning insights into tailored solutions
- Monitor customer satisfaction and lead action plans for continuous improvement
- Lead the closure of new maintenance contracts and manage aftersales programs
- Coordinate parts and service availability,



including PO follow-ups, warranties and deliveries
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, Key Account Managers, logistics, finance and procurement
- Analyze market, customer and competitor data to provide strategic feedback
- Ensure key KPI performance: customer satisfaction, OTD, backlog, forecast and profitability
- Foster strong relationships with product and industry experts to drive regional synergies

What we’re looking for
Must-have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
- Advanced English (B2+).
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
- Availability for intensive travel (50–70%)
- Proven experience managing and supporting key accounts

Nice to have
- Commercial experience in the food or automotive industry
- Knowledge of PF product lines (fryers, ovens, freezers, breading lines, injectors, marinating machines)
