The person will work closely with HR Business and site operations, delivering changes, training and system fixes.Successful candidate must be customer oriented, and business driven to respond to requirements from Glencore HR business across multiple countries, shift patterns and labour regulations.Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology Civil Engineering or similarExperience of at least 5 years in a multicultural team delivering SAP and SuccessFactors Time solutionsSubject matter expertise in time processes: time recording, absences, rosters, overtime and premiumsExpert level knowledge of SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off, incl. time valuation rulesHands-on experience replicating time data into payroll (SAP EC Payroll or SAP HCM)Participate in SAP and SuccessFactors implementation projects or general service deliveryIT interfaces and IT solutions architecture understanding, incl.
