Scope would be primarily productizing Mid-life services for Alpha & Tornado fleets, In the future possibly the new alternatives for Alpha and Tornados. Supporting local team in all the Mid-life cases and reporting to global Mid-life portfolio team.

- Productizing Alpha Concrete spraying and Tornado concrete transportation equipment repair & rebuild offering

- Easy to sell offering with defined scope and clear value add to customers





- Service delivery capability development to match the market expectation

- Ensure the competitiveness and profitability of service offerings

- Support complex sales cases and manage opportunity pipeline in Latam region

- Support Mid-life cases regarding all Normet equipment withing Latam region

- Initiate marketing campaigns aimed to specific markets

- Support the Regional organization as go to person regarding Mid-life offering or sales & quotation related topics

- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support portfolio development

- Upgrades offering for Alpha & Tornado equipment and their successors
