Serve as a strategic HR partner and operational leader, aligning people strategies with business objectives while ensuring effective workforce management, employee relations, talent development, organizational culture, and compliance across the site.
Main Responsibilities
Partner with site leadership to drive HR strategies that support operational and business goals.
Lead employee and labor relations activities, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and organizational standards.
Oversee key talent processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, development, engagement, and retention.
Coach and support leaders on people-related matters to strengthen organizational effectiveness and team performance.
Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends, implementing actions that improve productivity, employee experience, and business results.
Maintain a strong presence within operations,
fostering a positive work environment and supporting employees and leaders in day-to-day challenges.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
Experience working with unions
At least
3 years of people management experience
.
Experience leading teams in a large manufacturing plant environment is required, with demonstrated ability to manage personnel, drive performance, and support operational objectives.
Experience in HR leadership, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employee relations.
Experience partnering with leaders on talent and organizational development initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
