ABOUT THIS ROLE

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web, mobile, and API layers.
- Create robust, reusable test scripts using modern automation tools and languages (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST-assured, etc.).
- Integrate AI-powered testing tools (e.g., model-based testing,



intelligent defect prediction, self-healing scripts) to enhance test coverage and reduce manual effort.
- Implement CI/CD-integrated test pipelines using platforms like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback loops.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and data scientists to align test strategies with evolving product requirements and AI-driven features.
- Perform intelligent defect triaging using bug tracking tools (e.g., Azure Boards, Jira) and link issues to test failures and root causes.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI-assisted testing, autonomous QA, and DevTestOps to drive innovation in quality engineering practices.
- Deliver actionable insights through detailed test reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform stakeholders and guide release decisions.
